AirPods connectivity with Versa

No problem connecting my AirPods- keeping them connected once I leave the house for a run is another issue.  I had read previous reviews hoping the problem had been fixed.  I chatted with "Fitbit" and was walked through all the steps of reconnecting... blah blah blah.  No problem when I'm in the house.  But once I'm more than 1/4 mile away, they go in and out.  First time I went out with them on a 6 mile run.  I must have stopped and restarted them 100 times.  Worst run ever! Anyone have any other suggestions?

@rockybunch It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry to hear that your AirPods loose connection with your Versa. Lets start by clearing the connect from your phone with your Versa and AirPods (go to bluetooth settings on your phone and remove them from the list). After this relink them (the Versa and AirPods together, don't include the phone). See how they behave. If the issue persist you might want to try a Factory Reset just be aware you will need to setup your Versa again after this.

Let me know how it goes!

I appreciate your response. However, I’ve already done those things twice. Spent a good bit of time doing it with a customer service rep from FitBit. It didn’t work
