I just bought a new versa and I am not able to control the volume with my watch ! I found out that was an issue with fitbit versa but I am wondering if there is fix for it. I restarted then removed airpods and then paired again but no luck !

Welcome to the forums @FirasB. I'll be happy to assist you with your Versa and Airpods volume control inquiry. Thank you for mentioning the steps you have followed in order to resolve this situation. 

 

At this time, you won't be able to control the volume on Apple Airpods. You can vote for this suggestion Make versa volume controls work for AirPods.

I found that on my Versa with the latest firmware release, Airpods volume control worked OK. However, on my new Versa 2, the volume control works but the maximum volume is very low.  This is unfortunate and the Airpods are barely usable.  Fitbit, please comment on a fix for this issue.
