My brand new Versa 2 seems to track my time asleep/restless/awake as I can see it depicted on the graph each day, but underneath where it lists the number of minutes I was asleep, restless and awake, they all say 0 minutes. I’ve already reset the Fitbit. Anyone else have this issue and know how to fix it? It’s one of several issues I’ve had with this specific Fitbit so I’m considering exchanging it for a different one and hoping it’s without issues.

Let me help you with your sleep data displayed on the app. Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. If the issue persist please share a screenshot of the sleep details and also tell me what phone are you using.
