Alarm going off but nothing is set!!!

My Fitbit Versa 2 alarm goes off at 7:40pm every day but there is no alarm set. I have tried all 'troubleshooting' methods and there is no such thing as silent alarms on Dashboard or the App. I've checked Alexa too and have no alarms set. It's driving me crazy

I remember a similar case where it turned out to be an alarm on the phone, maybe a calendar notification.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thanks Johnny. I've checked but can't see any reminders or alarms set on my phone either? Strange one.
