Hi . I am having trouble switching the silent alarms off on my Versa 2. It doesn’t let me tap the tick and when I press the side button nothing happens. The screen then displays the Fitbit logo which goes off and the alarm will start again. I am the. Able to swipe the tick and turn it off. Does anybody have any is wrong with the thing or how to fix it.

Hi @SunsetRunner That is definitely not normal behaviour. Try restarting the Versa several times. If that doesnt fix it try a Factory Reset (settings app on the watch and scroll down to About). If it is still not working then contact Support.
