Alarms not working

I have a Versa2 and been using the alarm feature for months.  I know how it works very well.  It suddenly won’t go off now.  Allows me to set an alarm, but Alarm doesn’t go off at the set time (I have overslept now 2x). Help!

Same issue, starting 5/12, but with Versa (not versa 2). I've tried factory reset with no improvement. If I cannot get this fixed, I will replace the product with something else that works from some other company. Not what I want to do, but I need the silent alarm to work.
