are there settings so i dont have to press button to ask alexa somthing. is there a listening mode with a wake word setting

No, I'm afraid Alexa is not listening all the time so we cannot use a wake word. There's more information on this at: Help article: How do I use Alexa on my Fitbit Versa 2?
