I see that many people complain about this issue and I see that it has been marked as 'resolved'.
But this is not true.
I have Samsung S8+, Android 9, Fitbit app installed and configured to work in background, Alexa is installed and works (sometimes). But very often when I run Alexa I receive 'Connection lost' message even though my phone is just in 1 foot from my Versa 2.
If I receive this message I'm trying to repeat connection, sometimes running of some other app can help, sometimes it does not. Usually Alexa finally starts to work.
I really cannot understand while this issue considered as resolved while it is not. I have Versa 2 for just 2 days, my older Charge 2 connects without known issues. I few months ago I tried to buy Ionic but had to return it in 2 days because of its issues; I thought that newer Versa 2 has resolved this sort of problems. It seems I was wrong.
