every time i try to use alexa it shows “which skill did you want to learn about” it doesn’t matter what i say. i’ve had my fitbit since february and alexa worked then. i’ve checked the language and logged in and out of my amazon account, and neither fixed it.

I would like to clarify that currently there are no reparation centers to fix Fitbit products. If after following our recommendations the Watch still doesn't work, our Customer Support can take care of it.
