Alexa not working on Versa 2

Alexa doesn't work correctly when using it on the versa2.  I try to set reminders and it congratulates me on my retirement date.  Generally hears my text messages correctly but doesn't work at all for setting reminders or any thing else that I try to utilize Alexa for.  Anyone else have this issue.  I have only had this watch/fitbit for a couple weeks and am already having this issue.  Worked twice and that was it.

I just hooked up my Versa 2 and I am having the same problem. It is absolutely ridiculous. Thinking I may return it and stick to my regular Versa as I bought this for this feature.

Mine has issues with this too. The Alexa app constantly says my Versa 2 is offline. I had a reminder set on Alexa to go off on my Fitbit that didn’t go off, but was still listed on the app. Very frustrating.

I get connection lost majority of the time. Then on occasion when it appeared to be working I tried to set a reminder but at last minute it said it hadn't been able to set the reminder 😪

Were you able to figure this out? My alexa worked on day 1 then only responded with ridiculous answers when  I asked it things.

I literally just got mine. I set it up how I was supposed to and my Alexa has not worked 1 single time. It says "thinking...." then I get " Ask Again Sorry didn't get your request" 

I've logged in and out, blown into the mic.. This is pretty ridiculous for it being brand new and total fail on the 1st day. Now what?

Update: I Uninstaller then reinstalled the fitbit app and Alexa started working.

I have found mine will work if I leave the fitbit app open at all times and keep it synced. Then also have my phone near by the watch when I use Alexa. It still isn’t as good of a feature as they advertised.
