Alexa stopped working.
Activate Alexa on versa and the app just sits there with "Listening..."
No motion on the screen, as if the microphone stopped working.
It worked for a couple months, now nothing.
Then it says "Try asking Alexa..."
Could I get a little help here??

Have you tried restarting the Versa 2 (soft restart)or better yet turn the Versa 2 off. (hard restart)

Versa 2 losing functionality day by day.
Support is equivalent to “try to restart it”
Can’t get help.
Fitbit won’t respond.

Soft restart, hard restart, factory reset all completed to no avail.
This thing WILL NOT WORK!!!
Need a solution or it's getting replaced by Garmin or Apple.

Sorry @mjh but asking your Fitbit user to contact you for replacement might not be the best course of action. It may be better to reach out and contact Fitbit as @Odyssey13 has suggested.
Or if you would like, please give more detail about the problems. "Will not work" doesn't really tell us much about the problem.
Where you able to set the tracker up after the factory reset? A factory reset removed the tracker from your account the tracker will not work until it has been setup.

Have you checked to make sure that the microphone is turned on?
