Every time I sync my Versa2, the setting changes to All-Day Sync. I have to turn it off each time. I called support and they did not have an answer though they've asked me to do a battery test. My old Versa was doing the same thing and battery was draining - was told it had to be replaced even though it was less then 2 years old. This is only Day 2 of my new Versa 2 but the All Day sync keeps turning back on. I've updated the app. If anyone has an idea of what causes and how to fix, would appreciate it. Thanks!

When asking a question about the Fitbit App on your phone, it is helpful to include the platform the phone runs, or the phone model.
