Hi

 

Is it possible to set my Versa 2 to All Day Sync or is it automatically set as I can't find the option on my app?

All-day sync is no longer an option - it is always on. 

 

In case you didn't know, you can verify by looking at the web dashboard and see when the last sync was and refresh the page shortly after the 15 minute sync period is over and refresh the page.

Thank you for your reply.

 

I cannot get Alexa to work.  It only works when I open the App and manually sync which seems wrong and is very disappointing.  Hence my question about all day sync.
