About 2 weeks ago my Versa stopped getting all notifications. No Text or Call notifications, not even the hourly buzz to "move".
I have re-set my versa, my software seems to be up to date on both the Versa and Phone. When I go to "notifications" in the app it shows that they are "on", I'm also set to "Always vibrate" and "All Day Sync...
What next?
This is very disappointing as I have been very satisfied with the Versa until now.

Hi @Sweetleaf5 , if you happen to have an iPhone, see the warning on top of the Customer Support site. Apple changed the rules regarding handling notifications in iOS 13 without informing Fitbit about it. That causes these problems, regards kuzibri

Unfortunately I have the Samsung S9. Any clues for that solution?
