I have the versa lite and a Samsung 20+ I just downloaded the app and when linking my device there's no option under device setting for all day sync, there is only manual. Not sure if it's my phone or the app any help would be appreciated. I've unpaired and paired 3 times still no luck.

Hi, and welcome to the Community!

The "All day Sync" option has been removed from the Android app. It is now on by default and cannot be turned off. Fitbit say:

"To improve your experience with notifications, syncing, and firmware updates, we removed the option to turn off all-day sync from the Fitbit app. When your phone is near your Fitbit device with Bluetooth turned on, it periodically syncs with the Fitbit app to update your stats and download available firmware updates. More frequent syncing rarely, if ever, noticeably decreases your device’s battery life"
