All gone crazy!!

Over last couple of days my active minutes have gone crazy from normally being 60-70 to 700+, sleep isn’t being tracked either and heart rate is more than double. I’m sat still while typing this and it’s 122 instead of 59-60. 

Tried customer support on line chat but it keeps timing out while I’m typing my problem.  I’ve switched to the watch off twice, hoping that this might help. I’m hoping I’m not the only one effected.

HI,   I've had my fitbit Versa for a year now... I have been on this sight for a couple of hours now and found where the following posting on someones else post. 

 

"Our team is actively working on a fix to this issue and expect to have a solution released soon. Once a solution is available, we'll make sure to post it in the Community. I totally understand how frustrating this is and we appreciate your feedback and comments since this helps us to keep improving."

 

It sounds like there is an issue with an update that went out.  My fitbit was working great until I did the update, then my sleep and heart rate stopped working.  I just wanted to share this information with you. Have a great day.

Thanks for the response, went to try the suggestion but all I had was the Fitbit logo showing on my Versa which was flashing, it wouldn’t even sync to my phone. Conclusion was that it was dead. Returned it to John Lewis store where they exchanged it and now everything is back to normal.
