I received the versa lite as a gift and could never get the fancy thing to co-operate with My fit bit app. Any idea I can, please help

How far through the setup did you get? Or did the setup work but it's now stopped connecting to the app?

 

If you're getting nowhere at all then the first thing to check is that your phone works with fitbit at www.fitbit.com/devices

 

If the problem is with the setup, is this the process you were following? Help article: How do I set up my tracker? Where did you hit problems?
