My versa 2 has lost all my data. I've had it since October 2022 and all has been fine until yesterday when all my data disappeared. I previously had a Charge 3 until August when it stopped working and that is the only data I can now see! Strange!

When something like that happens, it usually means that you have had Fitbit accounts with at least 2 different Fitbit IDs/emails. When you recently seemed to lose your data, at least back to August, did you log out of your Fitbit account and back in?
Your data is stored by your Fitbit ID/email. I'm guessing that you were using one account for your Charge 3. Then when you got your Versa 2, instead of continuing in the same account, you created a new account with a different email. And then yesterday logged out of your Versa 2 account, then when logging back in, accidentally logged back in with your previous ID that you were using for the Charge 3.
