Versa 3 step counter

Versa 3 step counter I can walk all day and it will only update on the watch face/ home screen, when I swipe through and enter into another app in the watch. I've spent a few hours in fitbit help and support to no avail. Hi @RichieB72  - after the factory reset did you reinstall the same clock face? If so try changing to another clock face.
