Versa 3 step counter I can walk all day and it will only update on the watch face/ home screen, when I swipe through and enter into another app in the watch. I've spent a few hours in fitbit help and support to no avail. I done everything, even deleting the App and reinstalling and returning the watch back to factory settings twice.Help and support sent me here for help and support.

Hi @RichieB72 - after the factory reset did you reinstall the same clock face? If so try changing to another clock face.
Note: You can remove the extra blank lines by clicking on the 3 dots or the hidden space top right of the post and choose Edit.

Thanks Guy. How come fitbit didn't suggest that. It's working so far.
