All notifications working EXCEPT calendar.

I am still waiting for an explanation and a fix on why all of my notifications work EXCEPT the iOS calendar. 

I called customer support, went through the steps to ensure the settings were right in my iPhone, emailed pictures. I was then told that it was a known issue and I would be getting a call back within 24 hours with a resolution. 

 

No call, email, text. That was days ago. Calendar notifications briefly started working for 1 day and I assumed it was fixed, they just didn’t get back to me. That’s was the only day it worked. No settings have been changed, so obviously it’s a fitbit issue/glitch. 

Anyone else having this problem? It’s very dissapointing. My charge 2 worked great and I depended on those calendar notifications.

@Thecarpenterzoo Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Not sure why you aren't receiving your calendar notifications but thank you for trying some suggestions before posting. You can try the following. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices now restart it and restart your Versa again by doing the following:

1.- Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
2.- Let go of the buttons.
3.- If your Fitbit watch doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again. 

This should have refreshed the link between both devices. After this enable notifications again.
