Hi, I just got a Versa 2 (christmas eve) but the amazon alexa app is missing, on the watch and also ok my iphone app, so I can’t install it on my watch .. what should I or do I need to do ?

Which country are you in?  I know there are countries where Alexa does not work, though I don't know which ones.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

On the V2 the Alexa app can be accessed by swiping down. You should see on the top a row of apps. The middle one should be a circle - this is Alexa.

I’m from Belgium, it only works in US, UK & Germany they say on the internet ? Arz they going to update it to more countries like Belgium ? Thanks for replying !
