I subscribe to amazon music and Fitbit does not support this even though it has added Alexa. Im going to have to also subscribe to Spotify just to use this device to its full potential.

Not really sure what your point is here. Fitbit is pretty specific in what music programs are supported in the item description in the online store:

 

"Control your Spotify app, download Pandora stations and add Deezer playlists—plus store and play 300+ songs on your wrist."
