My three month old versa lite touch screen has just stopped working. I’ve held down the left button and restarted it but this hasn’t worked. Tried charging it removing it and re-adding but still nothing. Any other things I can try?

@Rugbyengland83, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the touch screen issue that your Versa is experiencing, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that you contacted them via chat as @SunsetRunner advised.
I'd just like to follow up and would like to know if the touch screen feature is working properly now.
