I was on the Elliptical at my gym for an hour plus a five minute cooldown. My Versa recognizes that I did that, but it tells me I burned 78 calories. No typo. 78 calories. O would burn more calories standind still. What the hell? It won't even let me edit it to show the closer to 780 it would be.
Best Answer@Baller1967 Can you please share screenshots of this workout? I am particularly interested in heart rate recording and calories-burned charts.

Best Answer@Baller1967 did this exercise take place around noon? before noon? There's a huge Heart rate recording gap, and I do not see heart rate tab in your workout. It leads me to believe HR was not recorded and that's the reason for the fail.
ETA: Go to Settings on your Versa, scroll down to Heart Rate and toggle ON and OFF with a reboot of the tracker in-between. To reboot your tracker, press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes. A few additional tips: adjust your Versa's band - wear it more tightly or higher. Also, if you sweat a lot, you may have to wipe the sweat from your skin from time to time.

Best Answer@Baller1967 Yeap. Versa didn't read the HR. Please do what I recommended and report back!
Best AnswerOkay. I've done that, but won't be able to exercise on this equipment for a couple of days. Gym is operating on odd New Year's Eve hours of 9 am to 1 pm tomorrow and I'll be at work until they're closed.
Best Answer@Baller1967 you can test with any workout! Hmm, go for a 30 min walk, start the walk manually on your Versa though, tap finish when done and sync. Hopefully HR gets recorded without issues. We will see immediately if the stats make sense.
