Ok what is going on here.  I got a new replacement yesterday for the reason GPS will not connect just sits "Connecting" and notifications stop after a few hours.  So updated the Versa which took forever once done first thing I did was test GPS, went to walk and "Connecting" set like forever and never connected again.

Onto live chat, went though various things and they tell me it must be faulty.  How can I have 4 faulty trackers?  I bought this on 10 August 2019 and have had nothing but problems.  My phone Huawai P20 Pro is supported,  I did try it on my sons iPhone and it also wouldn't connect either though.

You probably can't have 4 bad trackers, and should look at the phone.

Do you get notifications? Does the Fitbit app have permission to run in the background?

Is always connected ensbled?

If i can not get the GPS to connect, i usually restart the phone. My Fitbit usually gets connected before the phone completely powers up.

Notifications work for a few hours and then without knowing they just stop.  I have allowed the fitbit app to run in background etc, yes always connected is enabled but doesn't seem to half work as I have sync issues and have to force sync, time also is incorrect some times too.  Quite a few issues.
