Versa 2 HR Not Working

I got my Versa 2 on Friday and it has not been tracking my HR. I have moved it around on my wrist but still nothing. It does not move and the light is green.

Reset again and recharged and it is working. Thank you for all of your help.

Hi @CMKeathley, welcome to the community.

 

Have you tried restarting your Versa 2 by pressing and holding the button for 10 seconds (until you see the fitbit logo)?

Is it on the clock face that you can't see your HR reading? If you swipe up from the bottom of the screen whilst on the clock face (to bring up the today screen), then scroll down to HR, is it showing in here?

No. When I swipe up and go to my Today stats there are no readings. When I sync on my app there are no readings for the last couple of days.

Ok thanks for confirming this, we want to try all the troubleshooting steps we can think of before trying a factory reset (last resort).

 

I know this might sound obvious but can you check that HR tracking is switched on in the settings (see below).
