Annoyed with fitbit

Having issues with my Fitbit versa multiple times I been having trouble syncing I did a replacement 6 months ago it work fine until last night and this morning and it won't sync and work right at all and they keep saying it is my phone

I'm using the lg v30 but I been with this phone even before I had the Fitbit versa and had no issues with the versa until it started acting up and not syncing at all it wouldn't even sync to my laptop or my wife's phone and her phone is a goggle pixel 2

Your phone is not on the Approved Devices list so may work for some functions and not others.Your wife's phone is on the list.

Where is this list because that is the excuse I keep hearing I been a loyal customer of Fitbit for 4 years and just dealing with the same issues 2-3 times within this year is ridiculous and being told it is my phone is also when I haven't had any issues with my phone and the Fitbit versa or chagre 2 before I got the versa at all

I use an iPhone 11 and syncing all on a sudden has become an issue.

I already click and seen that information on the link it doesn't say anything about my phone not being compatible at all so I wish you people from Fitbit will get a new line to use please

The list shows what IS compatible, not which are not.

BTW, us "people from Fitbit" use whatever line is correct or appropriate.

I know it's not my phone and I have a degree in business management and technology and I been a loyal customer for over 4 years and I do not appreciate how this company is treating myself and other people you all think I don't know what I'm talking about or any of us are talking about it's all our phones that are not compatible it has nothing to do with the Fitbits themselves is that what you are trying to say

I been through this and I'm sick and tired of getting the run-around from them and you wasn't helping your case telling me the same stuff they tell me over and over so you need to understand why I'm frustrated and annoyed at the moment and getting sick with this company lately
