Hey everyone, I have a Versa 2. I had one for two years. I did training with the military in -37 degrees Celcius and it messed up the HR sensor. No issue there, it just sucked so I got a new Versa 2.
Anyway, this new one, the HR monitor stopped working when I was very sick.
I've done all the troubleshooting recommendations except for a factory reset.
When I restart the watch, the green light turns off. When it doesn't sense anything it turns off, then when I touch it again it turns on.
But it will not show up on the app or the watch. Is it just pooched? Or should I still fiddle with it until it works?
