Hi everyone - It could just be my age but I am totally stuck with this problem. I downloaded a watch face from Lignite and it worked fine for a while but now it just has error 69 on screen and nothing I've tried to resolve it works.
I have contacted Lignite and naturally they blame Fitbit.
Does anyone have the answer as to how I uninstall this watch face please?

Don't actually have to uninstall that one. Just switch to another one.

Thanks Johnny - thats what I ended up doing eventually. I wasn't sure if it left stuff behind that should be uninstalled so thanks for your reply. Very frustrating having to keep paying for a new watch face every time they go wrong though. Do you know if it's still possible to use the fitbit watch face once you have installed another manufacturers one?

There are many watch faces that are free, I think including all the ones by Fitbit, which are also less likely to break. I've used a few different faces, including non-Fitbit, and never paid.
You can choose any face, Fitbit or not. Having used another one has no bearing on what you can now choose.

Sorry I think my question could of been better worded. What I can't work out is how to download/install a new watch face that is free - all the ones that I saw had to be paid for. And is it possible to switch from one to the other or can only one face be available to use. Does that make sense?

As for quick-switching, anytime you switch clock faces, you have to download it again. It does not store previous face so you can quickly swap them.
As for loading clock faces, I assume you know how to get to choosing and selecting clock faces since you have already downloaded one. I guess you can't tell if it is free until you click on it to select it, but, as I said above, I belive all the ones "by Fitbit" are free. If you click on "View All" to the right of "By Fitbit", you will see 17 choices, all free.
If you want something else, you just have to click it to see. If it is not free, there is a box near the top that says it may require payment.
