On the 1st August 2018 I purchased a fitbit versa. Loved it from day 1, really easy to use and looked great on. 6 weeks later the problems started the versa just stopped working, it was like the battery just gave up. I emailed fitbit as opposed to going back to the shop here I purchased it from as I knew how good they were with sorting fitbit issues. Fitbit sent me a brand new replacement. Again was working great then 6 weeks later again the same thing happened. Again fitbit sent a replacement. So I'm now on go my 3rd versa in 3 months surely nothing could go wrong again....yep it did same thing again blanc screen, nothing working. So I emailed fitbit again who sent another replacement. I received replacement which didn't even make it onto my wrist as it didn't work the moment I got it out of the box. I immediately got on to fitbit who asked for me to return the versa back for them to check. So I had to do all this for them to send me another replacement 3 weeks later. So onto number 5 of my versas. Didn't have much confidence, expected it to work for 6 weeks like the others. Well I got a bit longer but woke up today and my versa has died again. Definitely won't be asking for a replacement, all that money and for what??? Something that breaks within a matter of months. I have taken my original versa back to the store I purchased it from and have received a full refund. Definitely wouldn't recommend a versa, overpriced piece of rubbish!!!

The versa needs to be taken off the market, I am driven demented the last 2 weeks with problems!
I just want a refund at this stage. A bit hard, as I live in Ireland and I bought the versa in NY 🤦:female_sign:

I feel your pain and definitely agree with your comment of the versa being taken off the market. There are some major flaws with it and all fitbit seem to do is send you replacements when they go wrong, this is definitely not the answer. I Will be taking my refund and will be spending on something other than a fitbit

Hello @Sinead1974 and @Emma1984, I appreciate your participation in the Forums.
@Sinead1974 I am sorry to hear you are going through this situation with your Fitbit Versa. Fitbit has a 45-day return policy, so anything purchased directly from Fitbit can be returned for a refund for any reason within 45 days of shipment. If you've purchased from a retailer, you'll need to return your product directly to the retailer, following their return process. This is generally printed on your receipt, though you can also find it on the retailer's website. Note that we're unable to influence retailer policies. You can read our full return policy on our website here. Upon checking with our Support team, I was told that you have already contacted them. I know they will be glad to help you out and provide you a solution, please keep working with them.
