For the past week I have been having several issues with my fitbit versa 2.
I have contacted customer support on several occasions.
First. My versa 2 failed to record my exercise....
Had to uninstall and reinstall several times before it started recording it. Than, as of this morning, my sleeping record are not posting. It only showed my oxygen.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app with no results
Please help.

How do you downgrade to previous version? I’m having problems with mine recently, doesn’t record sleep anymore, isn’t recording activities properly, etc

Sleep info is totally wrong today !!!!! Fitbit Co is really having issues. Says I slept approximately 3 1/2 hours - soooooo wrong - I was in bed by 11:15 pm and got up at 6:45 am. That’s a LOT more than 3 1/2 hours !

Ugh. Problems here too! My entire (BUSY) weekend was somehow not recorded! Loat today (Monday) as well as soon as the clock struck midnight! So mad. Mine is connected to my UHC rewards, so it literally stole money from me!!

Since I switched to Google my app says it is synced but nothing is showing on app. Also none of the icons for wallet, clockface etc are showing in order to access them.
