Anyone else having problems with the Versa not registering activity?

I got the Versa 2 weeks ago and it was fine at first, occasionally not picking when I start walking (not picking up steps) but I didn't expect it to be 100% accurate but it seems to be getting worse. Well, today, I worked out (through the coach) and it didn't pick that up nor did it pick up 3 of the flights of stairs I did. Anyone else have this issue? Do I need to do a reset?

Probably not many Flex users ( your asking Flex users?) will be having problems with their Versa. 

I've moved your Versa question to the Versa Board. 

 

When recording exercises like walking, which of the 4 possible modes are you using? Did you manually start it or let Fitbit decide? 

As for stairs. During the walk up the steps, did the tracker actually count steps? No steps counted means no stairs will be counted. 

As for restarting, this can not hurt and maybe help.
