Hi @Chicklets sorry for the late reply. Have you tried changing your watch face, that could be a reason on why it shows the incorrect steps. And try to reset your Versa.

I have had numerous issues with my Versa since day one. The issue now is the step count that shows on my clock face is much less than what the actual stats show in my stats on my versa and in the app. Also, the app only shows I have 4 out of 12 hours of having reached my 250 step count  per hour when my versa shows I have actually  reached 6 so far today. Really frustrated beyond words because the stair count is always wrong as well.

Hi! My Versa was at first not syncing and I decided to do a factory reset and to reinstall everything. It's on the charger now and it seems to be locked on the download the app and set up screen. I've tried to shut it off but after holding down the appropriate buttons, the fitbit logo would flash and my watch would be the same and still on.

Thank you, I will change the watch face design and see what happens. I have
done a number of resets and factory resets, to no avail. It's a real shame
Fitbit doesn't realize that consumers of their products shouldn't have to
go through this much nonsense to try to get their product to work
properly. Anyway, I will try your advice and let you know.
