App 2.76.1: steps/calories revert to zero, no live HR

I have updated my App to 2.75.1 and restarted phone as requested, and now I have nothing on tracker in Fitbit App.  Mine was working fine till 1:47pm when it ladt synced correctly.  What's the problem????

the problem is Fitbit has no idea that they now need to consider themselves a SOFTWARE company...they haven't trained their support staff in the complexities of supporting software across phone platforms and they have no concept of how to communicate software based bugs and fixes to their customers.  Until they address these things it will remain variably painful to get resolutions to the various problems of the Versa .
