There is the feature suggestion forum, which is directly towards Fitbit itself for enhancements and new functionality of the existing platform.
But what about a "App-developper suggestion forum" for the Versa and Ionic to discuss and engage the developper community for independent apps for the Versa and Ionic. Fitbit has done a great job in opening up the software interface for those devices so that everyone can create new innovative ideas of how to improve the user experience beyond what fitbit already has. I am sure there are many Versa/Ionic users out there that think "I wish there was an app/functionality like that!".
One app I have thought myself (doable or not) is a sleep orientation tracking, that is using the sensors to monitor if you are sleeping on your back, front, left/right side, and how often you are turning around, or leaving the bed. Like a companian to the sleep quality tracker. That could give further insights in sleep behaviour. This is something that independent developpers could create.
Suggestions for better clockfaces are always appropriate.
I know swimmers want the open-water-swim functionality, especially for the Ionic. It is a great develloper-community project, although for what I have seen it not easy or possible to intergrate into the exercising workflow (that's Fitbit's domain).
I know MOST Versa/Ionic users right now just want their watch to sync and behave as the ads say, but looking beyond that what do you think?

There is the Fitbit App gallery board, I believe a lot of the 3rd party developers post over there. It might be worth checking out.
