I don’t know what keeps happening with the app for the versa 2 ???!!!!   Can we please get it right?!   I really like my versa 2....picked it over apple watch...& part of the reason i did, was the software.  It was wonky before...& u all seemed to get it straight (sort of)...at least a bit better, then it gets all weird again, then its kind ok, then its weird....”Jane, stop this crazy thing!!!”  
Fitbit, please get your collective heads on straight.  Those of is who love our fitbit products, we know there are plenty of options out there to chose from...don’t force us to regret our choice...& go with another product. I am begging...get the app right please!

It was working fine for about a week just up until the last half hour ago. I open my app up and sync my phone and that works ok but when I check my total 7 day steps does not change.  This was a problem like last week the same thing.  
“ the Moderators” May you feel like we are incompetent make us do all these necessary steps. Hard rest, make sure we have the current updates blah blah blah!  Done it a million times and still nothing.  Here we go again with the same issues!!!
