I bought a versa not long ago but the app keeps crashing and disconnecting from the watch, how do I stop this from happening, I have a Samsung s9 phone

Before considering other options, and if you're still having the same problem, could you please confirm if you're getting any specific error message?
In the meantime, please try to log out from the app, then restart your phone and log back in to confirm if you continue to experience the same behavior.
