The voice reply used to work, the app updated a while ago and its stopped working. I have restarted and reset data my versa 2. I have deleted my app and downloaded it again. I have restarted my phone. It still does not work I cannot handle it. I called tech today and he said it was because my phone wasn't tested with the versa 2. BUT IT DID WORK when I got it all the way up until about a month ago!!! He said to write on this forum for the fitbit app people to see it so they can get it updated!!! Please help app people!!! Thank you!
