Hi, I'm trying to fix an annoying issue on my watch. Some days ago I've done a factory reset of the watch and, after that, I'm unable to see any settings related to the watch on the phone's/tablet's app; watch's app, clockfaces etc. shows no settings page (a white page, really) on the partnered Fitbit app. I've trying everything: reset the watch again and again, remove the BT pairing with the phone and tablet, remove all (app, BT pairing, watch reset) and reinstall only on the phone or tablet: nothing changes. Now the Versa has often 'unavailable' BT errors when upload something to the watch and is always paired with the phone (I can always see the BT icon near the 4G/WiFi icons on the phone), but before the flash that icon appears only when the Fitbit app is launched on the phone and disappeared after a little time the app is closed. The app is the Windows/Windows mobile version 2.37.1675.0, the phone is a 950XL up to date, the tablet is a Windows 10 v1803 up to date, the watch has the firmware version 32.32.10.15. Suggestions are welcomed!

@MrZulu Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry to hear about your Versa not showing on your app. When you do a Factory Reset you will need to setup your Versa again, this is independent on your Versa showing on your phone's bluetooth settings. Please set it up again and if you already have done this then remove the Versa and reinstall it.
Let me know how it goes!

Dear AlvaroFitbit, thanks for your reply. I have follow the steps you suggest, but nothing has changed. My Versa continues to shows no settings for apps, clockfaces and so more. I have attached two screenshots of my phone so you can see exactly what's happens. maybe the new firmware version can resolve? do you know if I can force the update? This issue is not so heavy but is annoying for me.the blank settings page for a clockface
the blank settings page for the weather app

Just an update: the issue arises only with the windows app, I've tried with the Fitbit app for Android and settings magically appears!!! So, why this lowly interest in a full functional app for the Windows ecosystem? Windows 10 is not only a (dead) mobile os, the desktop version shows the same issue and I think that there are a lot of Windows out there! Please, a fix for the app is highly appreciated...

@MrZulu thank you for the update and sorry for the late reply. Happy to hear that you can see your settings on the Android app. The Windows app is having issues that the team is working on fixing. Still the team does try to support this system as there are users still using the Windows mobile device or prefer using a computer instead of a mobile device.
Thank you for your patience.
I'll be around!
