Good morning. I am looking for some help with my Fitbit Versa. I charged it Saturday night the next morning I put it on. It was charged 100%. I noticed around 5pm that it was dead. I thought this was extremely strange, but, just plugged it into my computer to charge again. I went back about three hours later and it is very warm, and it won't turn on. Holding down the buttons doesn't do anything. There is no response from the device. What would I do next? Thanks in advance for any guidance.
