I just got the Versa 2 two days ago and have had nothing but trouble
with it and the Fitbit app. First, it isn't syncing automatically when though I have all day sync on. I have restarted phone and watch, disconnected and reconnected Bluetooth and wifi, and it hasn't helped. Sometimes it syncs, sometimes it doesn't. Now the Fitbit app won't even start, just gets stuck on the logo page so I can't try a force v sync. I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice in two days. It usually helps, but if that is the solution, I will not be keeping the watch. Finally, I manually started recording a weight exercise this morning, which team for an hour. It showed 430 calories burned when I hit pause and then end workout. I confirmed end workout and saved. Now it shows that I only worked out for 8 minutes and burned 83 calories. Where did the rest of the data go? I'm getting so frustrated with the watch and the app that this may be returned.

Hi @Beth0882 What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List ?
Try uninstalling the app from your phone and then reinstall it again and see if that fixes the issue.

S8 so yes on the list. I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice as I said in my post. Works for a few hours and then starts freezing again. I'm not going to uninstall every day.

I use an S8 and it works beautifully. It might be time to contact Support
