Anyone have any solutions to apps not working on the Versa, I just bought it yesterday, I want to use the waterlogged, or Iconic water app, and both seem to not work for me?

A warm welcome to the Community @Tayzor92.
If you want to add some apps to your Versa, I recommend taking a look at the How do I install and manage apps on my Fitbit watch? article and follow the instructions provided there. If you receive an error or something else at the moment of adding an app, feel free to provide me with a screenshot of this by follow the steps in this post.
Let me know the outcome. ![]()
I'm having the same issues with those apps. The ionic water one is stuck on connecting to phone and the waterlogged app keeps telling me to log in. I've authenticated both in the app already with no change. Is this the same for you?
Best AnswerWaterlogged and Ionic Water don’t work on my Versa, despite being on app list. Really annoying - I paid for the waterlogged app. Logging water as consumed on watch would have been more convenient than having to get iPhone out. Disappointed.
Yeah one of the reasons I wanted the verssa was to be able to do more with my Fitbit without my phone. I didn't pay for the app, but I would if it would make it work (which clearly it hasn't for you either so... Oh well)
Best AnswerIt just says failed please restart app.
I'm logged into the app.
I have restarted, uninstalled reinstalled the app like at least 12 different times. At this point I've just written it off as a loss which is unfortunate. I hope Fitbit develops their own app for the watch for logging water so that maybe the app works...
I'd seen on another thread swine suggested going into your phone settings and clearing the cache for the Fitbit app then restarting both the versa and the phone. Got mine working! Although my weather app still won't accept a 2nd location
Best AnswerI was getting the same message also. Reinstalled Waterlogged many times. Today it is working!
Best AnswerI use waterlogged without any issues. I noticed that sometimes when I add water it will say failed and to restart the app, but I just wait a few seconds (10?) and it will update with the correct info. It seems like it's the Fitbit connection issue.
Best AnswerI have no luck with getting alarms setup on my fitbit - I set the time and then press back button, and that is it. Nothing is setup.??
Best AnswerI'm having the same exact issue. It really sucks because the whole point of the watch app is to avoid taking your phone out. Water Logged seems to ALWAY say "Failed Login. Please restart app." Ionic Water on the other hand doesn't even tell me that there's a problem. It just never shows up on the phone app, or on the online dashboard.
