Hi all,
I received my Versa yesterday and am having issues with the auto brightness setting. In a low lit room, the screen is so dark that I cannot see it. Anyone else have similar issues?

I wonder if your Versa got accidently set to Dim. I had a problem with the brightness being too low, and when I checked, the Brightness, was on Dim, instead of Auto. I still don't know how it changed to Dim.

No, it's set on auto brightness.

I have exactly the same problem! So annoying! The only solution I can find is to switch the brightness mode to 'normal' in the daytime and then to 'dim' at night but you should not have to do this. The auto brightness lowest setting is just far too dim.

My wife has the same issue. Received the new Versa today and performed Tracker Update to 32.10.15. Performed a hardware reset and still auto brightness setting is too dim to read in a dark room. If I set to dim it is fine. My Ionic is 32.19.20 and works fine, even before the Tracker Update

Thanks PeeJay77
We bought from John Lewis in UK and the watch has a 2 year warranty in Europe. John Lewis sent a replacement watch out and it works perfectly so the fault is with the original watch
Cheers!
