This Versa is not auto-recognizing walking. If I manually add the walk, it doubles my steps and active minutes. I am regretting upgrading from my Blaze. It was accurate and worked great.
I do not like that my steps are accumulated while driving. This never happened with the Blaze.
When will an update be released to fix these issues?
For any exercise to be auto recognized, it needs to be done continuously for a pre-defined amount of time, you determine this amount of time in the settings on the app. You may not be walking for a long enough time period, depending on how yours is set.
Yes, I am fully aware of how it should work. My Blaze worked great. My exercise is well beyond 30 minutes and the settings for running and walk are set for a minimum of 10 minutes. I even did a factory reset on it and it still does not work as it should. Any other suggestions?
