Automatically tracking chair yoga

Hi! I just got a Versa yesterday and I love it so far, but I'm definitely a noob.

I suffer from multiple spinal disorders, so my mobility is limited. I need to be more active so I have been getting into chair exercise. I tried the Fitbit out with chair aerobics and it recognized my activity fine. I was wondering, would it do the same with chair yoga even though I'm not moving around as much?

Thank you so much for your help!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @LainLain. I am sorry for the delayed response.

Congratulations on your new Fitbit Versa! I am glad to hear you love the watch and you're using it to reach your health and fitness goals. Thank you for sharing that your watch recognized the chair aerobics workout fine. Since your Fitbit device automatically recognizes and records high-movement activities, I recommend tracking the chair yoga workout using the Exercise app. You can add "Yoga" exercise to the Exercise app by following these steps: How do I change the exercises in the Exercise app?

Another option will be to log your exercise manually: How do I manually log exercises in the Fitbit app?

Enjoy the Fitbit experience. I'll be around if you need further help! Robot Happy

Yoga on a chair, available to everyone, has a pronounced therapeutic effect if the asanas are performed correctly.
