Every night, I have short little periods where my tracker says I’m awake. They show up on the sleep graph as lines. Last night, I was awake for a total of 1hr and 48mins. Is this normal or is there something wrong with me or my Fitbit? (I also notice that I am extremely tired throughout the day, to the point where I can fall asleep almost anywhere- i don’t know if this info helps)

Hi @Abbsy04 I had 34 minutes awake last night, 1 hour 4 minutes the night before and 1 hour 41 minutes the night before that. Id say it is pretty normal.
If you feel really tired in the day Id suggest you look at the total duration of sleep time and the duration of deep sleep and perhaps look at increasing those.
