Not a feature suggestion, but being technically challenged I couldn't find another way to post a comment. Just wanted to thank Fitbit awesome customer service for the support they gave me recently. It started from my first mail to them describing the problem I had with my versa, to almost instant responses to any of my queries, and finally to the replacement within days of my watch through a prepaid courier service to their return center and the reception of a totally brand new watch instead. As I told them, now that my watch is back on my wrist, my phantom limb pain is gone. You are definitely the best and most friendly customer service I encountered in my life!
