Did the update and re started my versa. BPM is still way out of whack. I'm sitting at my desk and my resting heart rate is 92 and climbing. Normally I am 65 average. Any other suggestions or do I return this device?
I spent an hour chatting with customer service and in that time my rate ranged from 60 to 196 while sitting at my desk. I am 46yrs old. At multiple times, i took off my watch and it continued to read a heart rate. CS rep basically said they are working on a fix. If I could return mine, I would.
