BPM not calculated

Hello FitBit community,

 

I've had my loved Versa for almost a year now and I use it everyday. For the past month it has no longer been able to calculate my BPM or track my sleep. I tried all the usual tricks (e.g., adjusting/tightening band, resetting app and device, turning on WiFi/GPS, performing multiple syncs) posted on the community and help page. Is there anything else I can do to get this function to work?

Check that you don't accidentally have 'Heart Rate' turned off.  From clock face, scroll right (swipe left) to 'Settings', then scroll down to 'Heart Rate'.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hello,

 

My HR setting is turned “On”, my battery is fully charged, and I have no other issues with charging my Fitbit. Any other advisement?

 

My hopes for getting my Fitbit, and routine, back on track are slowly diminishing.
