After the last update my Versa seemed to not hold charge very well and now that its completely flat wont even charge at all. When I plug the charger into my computer it tells me the USB has malfunctioned and wont work when I plug into a wall socket either.
What can I do?

If your Versa isn't responding, I recommend restarting it by following the instructions provided in the help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?.

Hello. I have restarted the watch, deleted it off the app, unloaded and reinstalled app and it now charges but as soon as I take it off the charging base it blacks out and wont show anything on screen. When I put it back on the base the Fitbit icon shows and then it will go again.

I am having the same problem minus the USB error. It has 100% battery, but will only show the display when it is in the charger cradle. I have shut down and attempted to restart, however is still won't turn back on unless it is in the charger cradle.

Hi, I had my fitbit versa, which i LOVE, for 6 months. Saturday my app showed there is an update and so I did the update (big mistake) after the update, my fitbit no longer holds charge. I can charge it today, use it and to conserve the battery life (which it worked for 6months) i would shut it down over night. Next morning, i would turn it on and have charge. After the update, somehow while it is turned off over night, my fitbit will show 0% battery. How? Not sure if the night before i shut it down, it had battery life. I would charge it and takes awhile for it to begin to charge. To turn it on, before you push the single side button and it would automatically turn on, now it won’t do that. I have to hard restart the watch for it to turn on. When it turns on, it shows the day and time, i shut it down. I have reset to factory settings, forget device, added it back no luck. Now it tells me unable to sync/install all apps. I contacted support and basically got slapped in face, they are only willing to replace the face with a REFURBISHED!!! My device is ONLY 6mths old, for us to pay over $130 dollars for a brand new one, just to have it replaced with a refurbished clock, is NOT right. This will probably be the last fitbit I would buy. CS is no help and will only offer 50 off a new purchase or a refurb. Lucky those who are getting a brand new replacement!!
